A Coffee and Some Marvels Friday
I hope at least some of you checked out Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D on TV this week because it did not disappoint, y'all. Agent Coulson is back with his same dry wit and he's putting together a team of agents in a post-Avengers world to investigate/handle strange new cases of the superhero variety. I won't say any more about it in case you're still planning on checking it out for yourself. But if you're still on the fence in regards to giving the show a go, this short from the first Thor movie may help you decide:
Here are some other interesting finds:
- Procrastinators: We all know one and may even be one. This handy chart will help you determine where you fall on the procrastination spectrum.
- I'm a little bit picky (maybe a teensy judgmental) when it comes to fonts/typefaces used by other people. But there are studies that show typeface influences how we read and think, so maybe I'm simply annoyed at not getting the full learning experience or some such thing. ;-)
- Carlos Whittaker's Sept. 26th post should come with a tissue warning in the title. As a pet owner and animal lover, it didn't take long before I needed one. You can check it out for yourself here (once you've grabbed a tissue of your own).
And on that note, happy Friday! I hope you have a good one. :-)
