A sift through old notes uncovered an asking
of certain questions crops up with some
regularity over the years.
Not that time is given for answers,
mind, the thought seeming to be it
is best to toss them out:
“Into the wind with you!”
And then it’s off to
other (in the end not) easier
So the thoughts of
Because, well, when?
When to drop the questions lobbed
under the pretence of activity?
(Now, how about?)
Well, when, then to hurl out queries and
And to decide in the waiting to
do what is known to do?
To love, to give, to serve
with what the day offers?
Now, how about?
