Revisiting Your First Music Purchase
I was poking around the Google Analytics stats for the blog this past weekend, and decided to see what the most popular blog post was for 2012. The following post from February 29/12 was the clear winner, and I am so happy about that as some mighty fine bloggers helped make it happen. I hope you check out their work again, and enjoy reminiscing about your first music purchases.
Your first album – it could be an 8-track, a record, a cassette or a CD. Perhaps it was a gift or was a long saved-for purchase. But whatever the form, however it ended up in your hands and in your ears, it has stuck with you.
Today four other bloggers are reminiscing about their first music purchase. The links to their posts are below, and I hope you check out not only their first music purchase, but the rest of their blogs as well. They are a talented group, and I’m so pleased to have them participating in my first blog carnival.
And the fun doesn’t have to end with their stories. Feel free to scroll to the bottom to share a story about your first music purchase. (I’ll be joining in the festivities on Friday when I’ll make a little bit of an embarrassing confession.)
So enjoy reading, reminiscing, and (hopefully!) sharing your own memories here. And thanks for stopping by!
